Design & Renovations
Initial Consultation
We provide a brief, complimentary consultation to get an idea of the scope and nature of your project. From there, we move forward towards early estimates and budget.
Plans & Preliminary Budget
Once the concepts have been defined and confirmed, space planning begins. Space planning can include measuring the actual space, sketching, redrawing the areas or using existing drawings to find the exact fit into your new environment.
Project Management
Once the budget has been established and approved, a deposit is required. All products will be ordered. Also contracting begins at this stage if applicable.
Installation
As your furnishings, accessories and contracting services are underway, Park Avenue Design will be there to supervise all installations.
Optional Turn-Key Services
Turn-key means all details are handled! Clients can enjoy the ease of being handed their key to their home or business… a complete, organized and ready to move in environment. You don’t have to lift a finger! We do it all for you!
